Our Story
A practice built in the kitchen.
Born out of Blank Plate Creative — the consultancy led by Scott Smith, the award-winning chef behind Edinburgh's acclaimed Fhior — Blank Plate Procurement was created to address the part of the business chefs rarely have time to perfect: the supply chain.
We sit between the grower and the pass, building procurement systems that feel as considered as the menus they support.
